Rates

Rates are inclusive of GST and are subject to change.
Please note we are not currently holding any rooms and rates are subject to availability.

How to book

Either click the link advertised or follow the below steps.

1. Go to our website Oakshotels.com.au
2. Select HOTEL NAME
3. Enter “OUREVENT”
4. Select Dates (pre/post dates approved)
5. Select room type & rates
6. Follow the prompts to book

Conditions

• Must be booked via our Oaks Hotels website only, not valid through any 3rd party website, not valid to be booked over the phone
• Discount is only valid for new bookings only (unable to make a booking using alternative method and then apply code)
• All rooms are subject to availability at time of booking
• Bookings must be made using the above code in order to receive discounted rates
• Particular booking T&Cs will be as per “rate plan booked”

Check-In

Pre-Authorization: The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from the Tour Leader/Manager upon check in. Please note: any credit card payments will incur a 1.5% credit card service fee Check-in is after 2pm, however, should you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available and you are welcome to use the hotel facilities

Check Out

Check-out time is prior to 10am. Should you require a later check-out, please contact Reception on the morning of your departure. Please note that a fee may apply for a late check-out
