Room Rates
- All rates are quoted in Australia Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Rates are valid 3 nights either side of the conference dates and is subject to availability.
- Room allocation is subject to availability at time of confirmation.
Breakfast
- Full buffet breakfast available and can be charged on consumption at $39.00 per guest, per day in Bistro On3 (Usually $49.00)
Booking Link/Delegate Accommodation Block
- Individual guests will book and pay for their accommodation directly with the hotel via an online booking link.
- The hotel will provide a booking link that can be sent to your guests to provide access to the special rate listed above.
- There is no guarantee to the number of rooms the hotel is able to provide via the booking link.
- At 30-days prior to arrival, all rooms still available on the booking link will be released. Any new bookings made within 30-days of arrival will be booked on our best available public rates.
- All accommodation bookings made using the booking link will have a 30-day cancellation policy, meaning, any changes or cancellations made more than 30-days prior to arrival will incur no fees. Any reservations cancelled or amended within 30-days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the nights being cancelled.
- All accommodation bookings made using the booking link will require a credit card number to guarantee the reservation.
- This credit card will be charged for the full amount of the stay 30-days prior to arrival to the credit card number provided as a guarantee. All credit card transactions incur a 1.4% merchant service fee

Access prior to 3.00pm requires pre-registration from night before at contract rate (Subject to availability)
Late Check Out up to 6.00pm requires half contract rate (Subject to availability)
Late Check Out after 6.00pm requires full contract rate for that night (Subject to availability)

- Complimentary in-room WiFi available to all existing or new Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, which is free to join and can be completed during check in.
